Starting 29 September 2011, the Bekasi Customs Office has announced the implementation of National Single Window (NSW) for export and import activity at Cikarang Dry Port (CDP). With this, processes of i.e. customs declaration for export and import shipment through CDP will be mandatorial to use the NSW. 

Kawasan Pelayanan Pabean Terpadu (KPPT) – CDP itself  is under the supervision of Bekasi Customs Office. For Customs side, the NSW implementation will improve their service efficiency, effectivity for supervision and data accuracy of customs activities.

For the customer or service users, this means automation in services of Customs Release and Cargo Clearance where they can also monitor the progress of their document application in the NSW.
